We’re working with a growing premium retail brand in Loughton to find an experienced and driven Retail Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality retail environment and take a key leadership role with clear progression as the business expands.
The Role
As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store, maintaining high standards, and helping to lead and motivate the team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your leadership will make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising store staff and supporting team performance throughout your shift
- Taking the lead on stock replenishment and merchandising
- Managing the staff rota and ensuring effective shift planning
- Upholding and enforcing store standards and brand values
- Supporting with opening and closing duties and ensuring operational excellence
About You
- Experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role (e.g., shift manager, floor supervisor)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- A focus on customer service and high operational standards
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
