The Package
- £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Office-based role in Wembley

You will oversee payroll operations for approximately 7,000 employees across multiple hospitality brands including QSR, hotels and restaurant concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three payroll professionals
- Oversee high-volume weekly and monthly payroll operations
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, submissions and statutory reporting
- Maintain compliance with HMRC, pension regulations and right-to-work requirements
- Manage payroll system integrity and continuous process improvement
- Act as the main escalation point for complex payroll queries
- Produce payroll reporting and analysis to support financial reviews
- Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders
You:
- Are currently a Payroll Manager (not stepping up for the first time)
- Have experience in multi-site hospitality, QSR, restaurants or hotels
- Understand hourly vs salaried payroll structures
- Are comfortable with high-volume, multi-entity payroll environments
- Can identify industry-specific discrepancies and anomalies quickly
- Have strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Take ownership and runs their department like their own business
Experience matters more than formal qualifications.
