The Role

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, leading a passionate team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every time. You’ll combine commercial awareness with strong people management skills to drive performance, profitability, and team development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Confident in managing budgets, stock, and P&L performance.
• Experienced in training, developing, and motivating teams to deliver excellence.
• Dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards across service, presentation, and operations.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety and food hygiene compliance.
• Passionate about great coffee, quality food, and genuine hospitality.
• A strong communicator who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experienced in managing high-volume cafés or restaurants is highly desirable.
