It needs someone who can open a flagship site, drive serious volume, build culture fast and set the operational standard for a brand entering the UK market.

If you are looking to inherit a mature estate and manage it quietly, this is not for you.

We are hiring the person who will define the operational DNA of a high-growth international QSR brand as it enters London.

The Opportunity

You will lead the launch of a flagship London site and build the operational blueprint for UK expansion.

You will:

• Open and stabilise a high-volume London flagship
• Recruit, train and energise a high-performing team of multi-site and restaurant level.
• Drive labour discipline without compromising guest experience
• Embed brand standards from day one
• Build leadership capability for scale
• Create the cadence, rhythm and accountability structure for growth

What We Are Looking For

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Experience opening high-volume London sites with a track record of overseeing expansion and openings.
• Full P&L accountability
• Branded casual dining or QSR, premium!
• Experience operating in high-rent, high-footfall environments
• Strong multi-site or scalable operational leadership
