Daytime hours – 6pm closing

You are an experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager working in a busy restaurant and you are looking for a better work life balance and the chance to step into the coffee world. If this sounds like you, you should keep reading.

We are looking for a passionate and positive leader to run our client’s high volume premium café concept with full table service and a high end coffee offering. This is a great opportunity to join a growing brand that combines the atmosphere of a café with the service and quality of a restaurant.

• Has experience managing high volume, full table service operations, ideally in a premium or high end restaurant
• Has strong leadership and people skills and enjoys motivating and supporting a team
• Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service every day
• Is enthusiastic and brings a positive attitude to work
• Has an interest in coffee or is keen to learn more about it
• Can work flexibly across the week, including weekends
