The Assistant General Manager Role:

• Supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional food quality & guest service
• Leading from the front – hands-on in both front and back-of-house operations
• Training, coaching and developing the team to drive performance
• Taking ownership of day-to-day operational standards
• Managing labour and controllable costs in line with budgets
• Driving team engagement, morale and a positive culture
• Ensuring compliance, safety and brand standards are consistently met

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or strong Department Manager ready to step up
• A natural leader with a positive, energetic personality
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing KPIs
• Someone who thrives in a high-energy, growing brand environment
• A hands-on operator who leads by example
