We’re partnering with a rapidly growing QSR brand that’s expanding its footprint across the UK. With several new stores opening over the next 6–12 months, they’re looking for a Brand Training Lead to help build the training structure that will support this growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality operations and enjoys being in stores, developing teams, and supporting new openings.
You’ll play a key role in training new teams, supporting store launches, and building scalable training programmes to ensure consistency as the business continues to expand.
The Role
As Brand Training Lead, you’ll work closely with the operations team to deliver training across multiple locations and support successful new store openings.
You’ll ensure teams understand the brand standards, operational processes, and customer experience expectations from day one.
You’ll also help build the training playbooks and onboarding programmes that will support the brand as it scales and prepares for future growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading training for new store openings
Delivering structured onboarding for new teams
Supporting stores through their opening period
Embedding brand standards and operational consistency
Delivering in-store training across multiple locations
Coaching and developing store managers and supervisors
Creating engaging training sessions for frontline teams
Developing training manuals and operational playbooks
Building structured onboarding programmes
Creating scalable training systems to support growth
Supporting the development of future franchise training frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality, QSR, or multi-site retail
Experience supporting new store openings
Strong operational background in food service
Experience training and developing teams
Confident delivering training in fast-paced environments
Strong coaching and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple openings or projects
Comfortable travelling between locations
You’ll also need to be:

Able to balance training delivery with building scalable systems
Salary & Benefits
£50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
Travel expenses covered
