Head of Operations

A high-growth, founder-led premium beverage and wellness brand is seeking a Head of Operations to professionalise and scale a multi-site business across London and the GCC.

This is a newly created senior leadership role, sitting above an existing Ops Manager, designed to bring structure, discipline and commercial clarity to a brand entering its next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

The business has built a strong following through product quality, in-house production and a clear brand identity at the intersection of functional beverages and holistic wellness.

The next stage requires operational maturity.

You will partner closely with the founders to:

• Build scalable systems across multiple sites
• Strengthen gross margin, labour control and inventory discipline
• Formalise SOPs, training and reporting
• Professionalise the production kitchen as the engine behind every store
• Create the operational playbook for future expansion

This role is about turning founder energy into repeatable performance without diluting culture.

What We’re Looking For

You will bring:

• Multi-site hospitality or premium F&B operational leadership
• Strong understanding of unit economics, GP, labour %, waste and inventory
• Experience building SOPs and scalable training frameworks
• Comfort operating in founder-led, fast-moving environments
• A calm, structured leadership style with high standards and low ego

Experience with production kitchens, international exposure or supporting expansion is highly relevant.
