We’re looking for a driven and experienced General Manager who’s ready to take the next step into a Cluster Manager role, overseeing a small group of branded coffee shops in and around Cheltenham.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting and guiding a small cluster of store teams to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency
Coaching Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to build capability and ensure strong performance across sites
Working closely with operations leadership to implement brand standards and drive results
Playing a hands-on role across sites—leading from the front, jumping in when needed, and helping build a strong team culture
Monitoring KPIs and commercial performance while maintaining a customer-first focus
Helping with recruitment, training, and occasional support for new store openings
What We’re Looking For
Experienced General Manager from a coffee, QSR, or hospitality environment
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong organisational and operational knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach
A great communicator who can work across teams and adapt quickly
Ready to step into a multi-site support role as a natural next move in your career
