General Manager – Growing Coffee Speciality Business

We are partnering with an exciting and expanding coffee speciality business that is looking for an experienced General Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-led brand with strong values, daytime hours, and a brilliant team culture.

This role suits a General Manager from a Grab & Go or coffee-led environment, ideally with multisite exposure, or a strong technical understanding of coffee supported by certifications (machine service, training, coffee standards).

The Role:

Full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the business

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing management and barista team

Maintain excellent coffee quality and customer experience

Manage labour, stock, costs, and KPIs

Drive standards, consistency, and commercial performance

Support growth and best practice across the wider business

About You:

• Proven General Manager experience in Grab & Go, coffee, or QSR
• Multisite management exposure or strong coffee knowledge with relevant certifications
• Passionate about speciality coffee, people, and service
• Confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong operational and commercial awareness
