With major expansion plans across Ireland, they are now seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to support the successful opening and ongoing performance of their flagship Dublin location.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a critical role in building a high-performing team, embedding brand standards, and delivering outstanding commercial and customer results from day one.

Key Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a QSR or fast-casual restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Solid commercial awareness and experience supporting P&L performance
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction
