Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
Take full responsibility for day-to-day store/restaurant operations
Drive sales growth and profitability through strong commercial leadership
Manage and monitor KPIs, including sales, labour, costs, and productivity
Always ensure excellent customer/guest experience
Recruit, train, and develop team members and future leaders
Maintain brand standards, compliance, and operational excellence
Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs effectively
Control stock, ordering, and waste management to protect margins
Analyse performance reports and implement action plans to improve results
About You
Proven experience in a Store Manager, General Manager, or senior leadership role within hospitality or retail
You are passionate about health-led food and lifestyle brands
A hands-on leader who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to reach their full potential
Commercially aware with experience managing sales targets, KPIs, labour, and costs
Passionate about delivering excellent customer/guest experiences
Strong communication and people management skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to build a strong team culture
Confident in problem solving and decision making under pressure
