Area Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Area Manager - Glasgow Area - Up to £48,000 + Car Allowance - Global QSR Brand

We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised Quick Service Restaurant brand that is looking to appoint an experienced Area Manager / Multi-Site Manager to oversee 6–7 sites across the Glasgow area.

This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will have full accountability for operational performance, people development, and commercial results across your patch.

QSR experience is essential.

The Role:

• Full P&L accountability across 6–7 stores
• Drive sales growth and control costs to maximise profitability
• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and their teams
• Build a strong talent pipeline and succession plans
• Ensure brand standards and operational excellence are consistently delivered
• Use performance data to implement clear, strategic action plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven multi-site management experience (ideally 6+ sites)
• Strong branded QSR background – essential
• Confident managing P&L and driving commercial performance
• Passionate about people development and team engagement
• Highly organised, analytical, and results-driven
• Hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Full UK driving licence
