Partnership Manager – Growing QSR Brand

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Partnership Manager to join a fast-growing, multi-brand food business entering its next phase of expansion.

This newly created role will focus on building and scaling enterprise-level brand partnerships, targeting larger multi-site operators such as pub groups, universities, cinemas, travel hubs, and hospitality chains. The emphasis is on structured, long-term partnerships rather than single-site or independent agreements, ensuring brand standards are protected while unlocking sustainable revenue growth.

This role is well suited to a sales or partnerships professional with experience in food, hospitality, franchising, or licensing, who enjoys operating in a growth environment and developing high-value commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise partnership strategy, identifying and securing multi-site partners nationwide
  • Target and engage organisations such as pub chains, universities, cinemas, travel hubs, and hospitality groups
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitch through to commercial agreement and onboarding
  • Present brand propositions, partnership models, and commercial value to senior decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market activity
  • Work closely with internal teams, including franchise development and senior leadership, to support deal progression and execution
  • Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance expectations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance to inform ongoing growth strategy

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, brand licensing, or franchising
  • Background in food, QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to discuss business models and ROI
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable building partnerships and pipelines from the ground up
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-growth environment
  • Existing industry network or enterprise-level contacts considered a strong advantage, but not essential

Package & Opportunity

  • Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Hybrid working model, with flexibility as the role becomes established
  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, expanding business at a pivotal stage of growth
  • Clear long-term career progression as the business scales partnerships and revenue streams over the next 3–5 years
