Partnership Manager – Growing QSR Brand
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Partnership Manager to join a fast-growing, multi-brand food business entering its next phase of expansion.
This newly created role will focus on building and scaling enterprise-level brand partnerships, targeting larger multi-site operators such as pub groups, universities, cinemas, travel hubs, and hospitality chains. The emphasis is on structured, long-term partnerships rather than single-site or independent agreements, ensuring brand standards are protected while unlocking sustainable revenue growth.
This role is well suited to a sales or partnerships professional with experience in food, hospitality, franchising, or licensing, who enjoys operating in a growth environment and developing high-value commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise partnership strategy, identifying and securing multi-site partners nationwide
- Target and engage organisations such as pub chains, universities, cinemas, travel hubs, and hospitality groups
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitch through to commercial agreement and onboarding
- Present brand propositions, partnership models, and commercial value to senior decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market activity
- Work closely with internal teams, including franchise development and senior leadership, to support deal progression and execution
- Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance expectations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance to inform ongoing growth strategy
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, brand licensing, or franchising
- Background in food, QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations highly advantageous
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to discuss business models and ROI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable building partnerships and pipelines from the ground up
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-growth environment
- Existing industry network or enterprise-level contacts considered a strong advantage, but not essential
Package & Opportunity
- Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience
