We’re partnering with a well-established and highly recognisable Quick Service Restaurant brand to recruit a General Manager for one of their busy locations in Morecambe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing site within a structured, fast-paced QSR environment.
The role is hands-on and people-focused, ideal for a strong operator who enjoys leading from the front, driving standards, and developing high-performing teams.
The Role:
Full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the restaurant
Lead, motivate, and develop a management and front-line team
Deliver consistent service, quality, and operational standards
Manage labour, rotas, stock control, and ordering to maximise results
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety standards are met
Complete audits, paperwork, and compliance checks accurately
Drive sales, performance, and continuous improvement
Create a positive, engaged, and high-energy team culture
About You:
Experience as a General Manager, Store Manager, or strong Assistant Manager within QSR or fast-paced hospitality
A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments
Strong people management and operational skills
Passionate about customer experience, standards, and results
Organised, driven, and commercially aware
Ready to grow and progress with a structured QSR business
