Lead daily operations and team performance

Manage rotas, H&S, stock, and compliance
Collaborate on product launches and local marketing

We’re looking for:
Current or recent Assistant Manager experience in QSR, casual dining, or retail food
People-first leader who thrives in a hands-on environment
Commercial thinker with a passion for fresh food
