I am working with an exciting new international brand launching into the UK market, with ambitious expansion plans over the next few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced General Managers to join at the very beginning of the journey and play a key role in building something special.

The General Manager Role:

• Delivering exceptional service and an outstanding guest experience
• Recruiting, training, and coaching both front and back-of-house teams
• Managing the full day-to-day operation of the site
• Driving sales and maximising profitability
• Managing labour, stock, and operational costs in line with budget
• Creating a positive, engaging culture where both team and guests feel valued
• Taking full accountability for commercial performance and KPIs

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong financial awareness and P&L management experience
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
