We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s most exciting QSR brands. This business has been built on strong values, great people, and genuine ambition.

They are already leaders in their sector, with 70+ sites across the country, and they are only getting started. The plan is to double in size within the next four years, with a very busy pipeline of new openings, events, and campaigns.

If you are a data driven, creative marketer who loves customer experience and enjoys building things from the ground up, this is a very special opportunity.

The role

  • Lead the digital strategy across CRM, loyalty, click and collect, delivery, paid and owned channels.
  • Design and launch a loyalty programme from scratch, shaping how customers connect with the brand.
  • Build and optimise the customer lifecycle, including data capture, segmentation, personalised journeys, and engagement campaigns.
  • Create integrated campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and in-store screens.
  • Use artificial intelligence and automation tools to make marketing smarter, faster, and more personalised.
  • Work closely with data, product, and operations teams to connect the digital and in-store experience.
  • Bring new ideas, new tools, and fresh energy to a team that is growing quickly.

You have

  • Strong experience in digital marketing within fast-paced, consumer-focused industries such as hospitality, retail, quick service restaurants, or consumer goods.
  • Experience building or managing loyalty and CRM strategies, ideally from the ground up.
  • A solid understanding of data, analytics, and performance marketing, with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • A curious, technology-driven mindset, with a real interest in using artificial intelligence and innovation to improve marketing.
  • A hands-on, commercial, and creative approach, with the confidence to take ownership and deliver results.
