Operations Manager (Franchise) — National
Salary: £55,000 (up to £60,000 DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus

We’re working with a fast-growing multi-brand franchise group to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a national estate of around 30 sites. With further openings planned and franchise partners at varying stages of maturity, this role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in scaling performance, consistency, and growth across the UK.

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident and commercially sharp operator who thrives in a franchise environment—balancing influence and relationship-building with clear operational standards. With flexibility to be based in London or the Midlands, and regular national travel, this role is suited to someone eager to have impact at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Franchisee Support & Coaching: Act as the first line of support for single-site operators—delivering reviews, action plans, and commercial coaching.
• Standards & Compliance: Conduct regular operational audits, follow through on actions, and ensure consistency across the estate.
• Commercial Performance: Drive improvements in sales, margins, labour, and cost control by embedding best practice and data-driven decisions.
• Growth & Openings: Support new site launches, ensuring on-time, on-standard openings while protecting the brand and its values.
• Systemisation: Help refine playbooks, manuals, and operational processes to support consistency and scalability.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in multi-site franchise operations within QSR, coffee, or retail F&B.
• Strong emotional intelligence, able to influence and support diverse franchise partners.
• Confident managing store-level P&L levers (labour, COGS, waste, throughput).
• Skilled in standards delivery and compliance frameworks.
• Commercially sharp, solutions-focused, and resilient in a fast-growth environment.
• Based in London or the Midlands, with flexibility to travel nationally.
